Make A Referral

An unpaid Carer is anyone, including children and adults who looks after a family member, partner or friend who needs help because of their illness, frailty, disability, a mental health problem or an addiction AND cannot cope without their support. The care they give is unpaid. Please do not confuse 'NEXT OF KIN' with Carer, they may be completely different.

Please make sure you have the Carers and the Cared For's permission before you make the referral and include as much information as possible.

NOTE: Like other organisations, we are receiving a large number of referrals where the Carer is supporting someone with Mental Health needs. Although we will support the Carer, please be clear to the Carer when you make this referral, that we are NOT trained to provide counselling or mental health support.
