CARERS FORUM

Consultation is a vital part of our role, but one that is overlooked by many carers.

Eden Carers Forum are a group of carers who meet quarterly to discuss issues from Health Services and Social Services. 

Members of the Forum have recently been consulted by representatives from Social Services on “Fair Access to Care”.  It is hoped that we can build on this and look forward to inviting representatives from Health in the future. 

From time to time we are asked by Social Services to provide 'carer comment' on various issues and we welcome feedback from carers who wish to have their say.
